The knowledge gathered at school and college serves as the intellectual capital from which one continues to draw in later life. I cherish the memories of my formative days as a student of English literature at the University College, Trivandrum and my brief stint as a lecturer there.

I am glad to learn that, keeping pace with technological advance, the University College Trivandrum Alumni Association is launching a web page. May this strengthen better interaction among the large alumni of this institution spread all over the world.
